Matcha White Chocolate Cookies
Makes about 12 cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tbsp Whispering Leaves Premium Matcha

  • ½ tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)

  • ¾ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, matcha, baking soda, and salt.

  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy (about 2–3 minutes).

  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix until fully combined.

  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a soft dough forms.

  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips.

  7. Scoop about 1.5 tbsp of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet, spacing them out well.
