Our tea is sourced from Ujitawara, recognized as the birthplace of Japanese green tea. It was here thatNagatani Sōenfirst developed the method for Sencha tea 1738, establishing the foundation of modern Japanese green tea.
Our matcha is slowly stone-ground an hour for 30 grams matcha in the traditional way, protecting the flavor, aroma, and vibrant green that define authentic matcha.
Small-batch tea from the freshest harvest, with a subtle roasted balance.
